Beyond what society generally associates with weight loss (improved health and appearance, wrong or not!), there may be potential benefits to maintaining or achieving a weight that supports living your best life. The question then becomes, is the pursuit of weight loss a form of self-care, or perhaps not so much when the focus is on eating intuitively and working towards body acceptance?
