by | May 19, 2019

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. We discuss the facts on disordered eating and eating disorders and the prevalence among young women and men. We also dive into their own own personal histories of an eating disorder and disordered eating, and how those experiences shaped our pregnancy, current relationship with food, and how we are raising our kids.

Do you or someone you know have a history of an eating disorder?  I (Gina) read this book several years ago and it was eye-opening.  I highly recommend this book for anyone who is recovering or has recovered from an ED —-> Gaining; the truth about life after eating disorders

This Podcast is great for those looking to be more intuitive eaters and hear more about eating disorder recovery.
