Family, holiday cheer, and a lot of food. That’s what we think about during the holidays.  What we don’t think about is calories, our weight, and ways to prevent the “dreaded holiday weight gain”.  Today we look back at our past holiday selves, and relish our current relationship with food during the holidays.
